Include the email address on your Reverbin account, the affected inbox address, and any Stripe receipt or invoice ID if the question is about a charge.

Reverbin subscriptions are processed through hosted Stripe Checkout and Stripe Customer Portal. Reverbin does not collect or store payment details.
