Information Reverbin collects
Reverbin collects account contact information, issued inbox addresses, API key metadata, webhook endpoint metadata, billing identifiers from Stripe, and the message/thread data needed to provide agent email infrastructure.
How Reverbin uses information
We use this information to authenticate dashboard/API access, route inbound and outbound email, deliver signed webhook events, enforce send policies and quotas, operate billing, prevent abuse, debug reliability issues, and provide customer support.
Disclosure
We disclose information to service providers that operate the product, including email delivery, hosting, storage, observability, and payment providers such as Stripe. We may disclose information when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
Security practices
Reverbin uses tenant-scoped API keys, signed webhooks, hashed secrets, authenticated dashboard access, audit logs, HTTPS, database access controls, and least-privilege operational practices to safeguard information.
